Terms
The deal
Brenmore builds your website and keeps it running for a flat $199 a month. There's no setup fee and no upfront cost. You don't pay until you've approved the finished site. Larger projects may cost more than $199 a month; if so, we'll agree on the price with you before any work starts. Brenmore is run by CERDIFIED LLC, a Maryland company based in the Baltimore-Washington, D.C. metro area.
What's included
Your monthly price covers hosting, updates, and SEO for as long as you're a client. If something breaks or needs changing, we handle it.
No contract
There's no long-term contract. You can cancel anytime. When you cancel, your site comes down and billing stops at the end of your current month.
Your domain
Your domain stays in your name the whole time. We just point it at the site we build. If you leave, you keep it.
Your content
You own the photos, text, and business details you give us. You're responsible for making sure you have the right to use what you share with us. We own the templates, code, and design system behind your site. While you're a client, you have the right to use the site we build for you.
Acceptable use
Brenmore is for lawful businesses with lawful content. We can decline to build, or remove, content that's illegal, infringes on someone else's rights, or is deceptive.
Billing
You're billed monthly starting once you approve your finished site. If a payment fails, we'll reach out to sort it out. If it stays unpaid, we may pause your site until it's resolved. If we ever change the price, we'll tell you in advance. We won't change it in the middle of a billing month.
What we don't promise
We build every site to be easy for search engines and AI tools to read and understand. We don't guarantee search rankings, traffic, AI citations, or any specific business result. We provide the service with reasonable care and don't make warranties beyond what's written in these terms.
Limitation of liability
If something goes wrong, our total liability to you is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect or consequential damages, such as lost profits.
Termination by us
We can end your service if you break these terms or stop paying, after giving you notice. Either way, you keep your domain and your content.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Maryland law. Any dispute is handled in Maryland courts.
Changes to these terms
We can update these terms as the business grows. If a change is material, we'll notify you by email. Continuing to use Brenmore after that means you accept the update.
